The private practice project grant will be offered for a research project to be conducted in private practice. Research should be conducted in Australia, and the applicant must work primarily in private practice (><\/u> 60% of work time) and have an academic mentor who is an ARA member.<\/p>\n
\nProject Grant for translational research<\/h3>\n

This grant is for translational research with a direct benefit to health consumers e.g. to improve quality of life for patients with musculoskeletal disease or to advance knowledge in clinical areas where there is therapeutic uncertainty.<\/p>\n

These grants are available to members of the ARA who wish to come into research and aims to facilitate entry back into research. The track record of applicant is not a pre-requisite but the applicant will have to have an innovative, feasible and well designed research project undertaken in collaboration with an established research unit.<\/p>\n
